Beatriz M. Banchs, Assistant Vice-President
Component Assembly Systems
Beatriz M. Banchs graduated from the Universidad Catolica Andres Bello (Caracas, Venezuela) with a B.S.C.E. in 1993. After practicing Hydraulic design for a year, Beatriz enrolled at Purdue University from which she obtained her M.S.C.E. with a Construction Management degree in 1996. Beatriz joined Component Assembly Systems, Inc. in 1996.
Joe Bates, Director of Research
Consumer Electronics Assn.
Joe oversees the consumer research program at CEA which produces more than 25 unique consumer surveys dealing with buying patterns, awareness of new technologies, interest in product features, and a host of other issues. In addition, he directs the Market Activity Reports and Analysis (MARA) program at CEA.
Edward Bobrin, Director, Corp. & Home Systems Technology
Serving as the senior technology executive for DeLuca Homes since 2001, Ed Bobrin continues to help DeLuca Homes lead in the application of technology and systems in the residential construction industry. He has been instrumental in the implementation of portal-based technology for field and subcontractor management, tablet PC-based quality inspection systems, CRM (customer-relationship management), and business intelligence applications.
Phyllis Britton, Job Cost Accountant

Phyllis Britton has 15 years of experience in the construction space. Her exposure in construction has focused on job cost budgets and estimates, sub-contractor contracts and payment activity, and AIA billings.
Paul Cardis, CEO
AVID Ratings Co.
Paul Cardis founded AVID Ratings Co. in 1993. AVID Ratings is a customer loyalty management firm specializing in research and consulting for the homebuilding industry. Paul is regular speaker at major residential construction industry events. Paul is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, with Masters degrees in both Research Methods and Psychology.
Mark O. Federle, Chief Information Officer
The Weitz Company
During Mark’s tenure, The Weitz Co. has made significant investments in technology, including ERP, Document Management, Imaging, SAN and email archive, Business Intelligence, BIM, and CRM. Prior to joining The Weitz Company, Federle was the Professor-in-Charge of Construction Engineering program at Iowa State University, where he taught for nine years.
Barry Forbes, President
Sales Simplicity Software
Barry Forbes founded Sales Simplicity Software in 1992 in order to meet sales automation objectives in the homebuilder market space. The Internet version of the application rolled out in 2002 and quickly became the most recognized brand in homebuilding Sales and CRM software industry-wide.
John Goldenne, President
Digital Home Technologies
With more than 35 years in construction and 18 years experience in network and fiber installations in the commercial and residential market, John P. Goldenne founded Digital Homes Technologies when he found the need and value in the infrastructure in today's homes. Goldenne is involved as consultant and technical advisor to many magazine and industry associations.
Drew Grant, Chief Executive Officer
With over 25 years of marketing and sales experience in the technology industry, Drew Grant serves as the Chief Executive Officer and furnishes the leadership, strategic direction, and over all corporate direction to insure Data Builder’s continued growth in the marketplace for investors, clients, employees and other stakeholders.
Philip Greer, Account Executive
Philip Greer has 15 years experience as Project Controls Specialist working for global EPC firm, focusing on the standardization of corporate Project Management systems. In his 6 years at Meridian Systems, Philip has served as Prolog Product Manager and is currently a Meridian Account Executive, representing many of Meridian’s largest customers.
Richard Juneau, Vice President

Richard Juneau is responsible for all phases of the firm’s residential work including preconstruction, staff and subcontractor performance, schedule adherence, and execution of the design intent. He is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering.

Eric Lee has a long history in the CI industry, including serving as an installer, designer, and project manager in numerous situations. He has been involved in representing CEDIA as the technical coordinator for the CEDIA Home of Electronic Lifestyles.
Jim Melachrinakis, Superintendent

Jim Melachrinakis joined Power Construction Company LLC in the position of Project Engineer, moving then to Asst. Superintendent, and eventually to Superintendent. In 2001, Jim began teaching Power’s current Project Control software in-house. He has been a part of Power’s internal committee related to Project Control Software and lead the implementation of the new ERP system.
Rich Meyer, Regional Manager
With more than 12 years of experience in software for the Construction Industry and Homebuilding, Rich brings his unique experience to Corrigo. Rich manages all Sales and Business Partner Relationships within the Homebuilding vertical for Corrigo. He has a long history of helping Homebuilders improve their business process through the successful implementation of various software solutions.
John Moebes, Director of Construction
John Moebes joined Crate&Barrel in 2006. Prior to that, he was an Associate Principal at Good Fulton & Farrell Architects in Dallas where he oversaw the firm’s development and use of workflow technology. John is recognized as a leader in the uses of Internet-based project management tools, Building Information Modeling, and digital document review to improve project performance.
Larry A. Myers, State Project Controls Engineer
Utah Department of Transportation
Larry has over thirty years of experience in engineering construction; especially in project controls. This includes working as a project controls manager on several mega-projects and helping establish the scheduling department for a large public utility in Northern California. Larry worked for nearly ten years as a project manager/superintendent for a civil contractor in Utah.
Brett Parkhurst, CTO
Brett Parkhurst is responsible for the future direction of software development at BuilderMT. His areas of responsibility include development, documentation, support, and Q/A. He is also a senior software architect on the development team. Brett has a Computer Science degree along with 15 years of software development and software management experience.
Chris Pitts, Director Industry Business Solutions
Bringing years of experience to his role, Chris began his career at Nextel by helping to architect and implement the ‘vertical’ strategy, focusing product development and marketing on specific industries. Chris now serves as the company’s Director of Industry Solutions focusing on the Construction and Field Services industries.
John Radi, Vice President of Business Development
John has vast experience in strategic business development and technology solutions to clients in the construction vertical. He is highly experienced in providing operational and systems integration services to builders and developers and has extensive knowledge of construction homebuilding, development operations, and financial business processes.
John A. Rapaport, Director of Operations and General Counsel

John has spearheaded the efforts of Component Assembly Systems to digitize and modernize its technology infrastructure. Through his vision, the company was able to develop its own proprietary software known as CASim, which tracks and update progress on its projects using the latest web based tools.
Paul Rentzelos, Dir. of Information Systems & Technology
With many years of experience, Paul leads the technology team at Leopardo Construction. His responsibilities include the design, procurement, installation, implementation, and management of application systems. Well-versed in LAN, WAN, IP Telephony, and more, Paul has been instrumental in developing Leopardo’s strategic policies as they relate to the technology sector.
Mark Roper, Director of Information Technology

Mark is currently is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all technology initiatives within various functional areas including operations, sales, finance, and marketing. Also under his direction are telecommunications, wide area networking, local area networking, desktop support, IT security, disaster recovery planning, applications training and support, and records management.
