Constructech Names 50 Hottest for 2009

Carol Stream, Ill., June 29, 2009 – Today, the winners of the Constructech 50 Hottest were named by Constructech magazine.

The Constructech 50 Hottest for 2009 is a listing of the most influential construction technology providers with a strong and ongoing market presence as determined by the editors of Constructech magazine with assistance from its editorial advisory board.

Published in the first annual Constructech IT Playbook, this directory is a new variation on the Hottest Companies awards that Constructech has presented in the past. While in previous years companies were judged based on the success and growth found solely in the past year, winners of the Constructech 50 Hottest are evaluated on a continued and dominant presence in the marketplace.

The Constructech editorial team considered various criteria when determining the 2009 winners from some 200 considered companies. Some of those criteria included having a strong product/service aimed at the construction industry, customer satisfaction and growth, as well as outreach and educational efforts for the construction industry.

“The Constructech 50 Hottest honors the hard work and dedication that these exceptional companies have shown in the construction space,” said Mike Carrozzo, chief editor of Constructech. “Though economic turmoil has been prominent and the construction market has seen struggles, this year’s winners have still found success and are taking part in the move toward improvement in the industry.”
