Builder1440 Not Standing Still

January 27, 2010

Following its acquisition by Constellation Home Builder Systems, www.constellationhb.com, Markham, Ont., a few weeks back, Builder1440 was at the Intl. Builders’ Show in Las Vegas last week promoting its latest product release to help builders manage leads more efficiently.

The company has introduced a new Sales1440Suite as a complete lead generation and sales solution for homebuilders. The big piece in the suite is ListBuilder1440, which sends communities and home listings automatically to the largest home-shopping Websites. Shoppers can then contact the builder directly, visit the builder’s Website, or submit lead information, which is instantly captured by Sales1440 Lead Management.

The My1440Home selection portal enables prospects to browse possible options and configurations in order to establish different types of ‘wish lists’ for their home. To help builders, a Home Configuration Management module manages option and lot information, and helps track customer selections throughout the buying cycle. This information can be automatically printed for legal documentation.

Despite the features and functionality, the underlying technology used by Builder1440 helps make this product user friendly. An options rules engine helps manage the process flow, working to prevent costly mistakes that can occur from either missing or incorrect selections.

Also, the company’s cloud-based sales platform ensures that leads are captured from multiple sources and incorporated into the sales process. Information is managed consistently throughout the sales cycle, ensuring that the information sent to the Web’s listing sites is accurate.

Builder1440 continues to refine its sales software and even though this product launch was obviously in the works before the company’s acquisition by Constellation, the fact that an upgraded product has hit the market should be encouraging news for its customers in the near term.
