AxisPointe Inc., www.axispointe.com, Lehi, Utah, and BuilderMT, www.buildermt.com, Lakewood, Colo., are partnering to offer BuilderMT customers integration with AxisPointe’s SmartBuilder Suite of post-construction software and services, including the HomeProfile warranty and document management solution.
AxisPointe provides warranty management, outsourced callback management, and subcontractor certification. Integration with HomeProfile and other AxisPointe post-construction products and services will enable BuilderMT’s customers to extend the value of its existing software platform and supplier, customer, subcontractor, and product data to enhance customer service by giving homebuilders the tools to offer homebuyer “closing packets” that include 24/7 online access to all information related to their home: community-specific documents, manufacturer manuals, and warranties.
Through AxisPointe, builders can also document and archive all homeowner service requests, subcontractor certificates, licenses, and home-specific materials for more than 10 years.
